Kristin Olson

Principal & Owner

Kristin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade focused on multifamily investment, asset management, and development. A native of Florida and a longtime Atlanta resident, Kristin holds both a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

Over the course of her career, Kristin has been directly involved in the underwriting, acquisition, development, asset management, and disposition of multifamily assets totaling over $3 billion and more than 20,000 units.

Kristin began her career in financial analysis roles at EY and Cousins Properties, where she developed a strong foundation in real estate finance and valuation. She went on to hold positions at Trimont, CBRE, and the Atlanta Beltline before discovering her passion and natural aptitude for multifamily investment, asset management, and development.

She spent six years at Wood Partners, one of the nation’s leading apartment developers, before joining Sundance Bay as the Director of Multifamily Asset Management. At Sundance, Kristin served on the Investment Committee and led the multifamily asset management platform through a period of significant growth, implementing risk management practices, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across the company and its assets. Her strategic leadership played a key role in maximizing performance across the portfolio.

Kristin lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, three daughters, and their designer mutt. Outside of work, she serves as the ballet valet for her daughters and, when dance schedules permit, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports, and long walks.
